Billing and Application Support Team Leader
- Major Duties:
- Provide support to end-users on billing system (invoicing system) or other applications.
- Prepare and continuously improve internal processes to ensure the best support to end users in timely manner.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define problems and convert into requirements to engineers and developers.
- Continuously check applications performance and report immediately to team for any issue.
- Prepare necessary trainings for end-users/teams on new applications or features releases.
- Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating the Billing and Application Support team.
- Implement the quality assurance processes.
2+ years in supporting end users on applications.
Experience in any billing or invoicing system is a plus.
Experience in leading a team is a plus.
Knowledge of basic programming is a plus
Experience working in various fields is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
