  • Call informing customers for their payable information
  • Be able to obtain accurate customers’ request and communicate to related team or department for solution.
  • Document processing, reporting and filing
  • Other task assigned by Credit Control Supervisor



  • Experience in account receivable is preferable
  • BA of Accounting or relevant.
  • English Communication Skill
  • Basic Office work, Computer knowledge.
  • Work hard, Respectful, Responsibility, and Accountability
  • Be patient and flexible.
