Customer Relations Officer
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
3. Call Visit – all customer types
4. Site Visit – all customer types
5. Deal direct with all type of existing customers VIP, SME and Home
- Customer request termination
- Change plan upgrade and downgrade
- Convince customer to make prepayment as much as we can
- Price concern / Bidding / Price review / Promotion
- Agreement (SLA) / Contract renewal
- Loyalty upgrade speed process
- Move account from Online to IH / from IH to Online
- Migration / C location
- Testing speed
- Change service plan from PPPoE to IP Port / from IP Port to PPPoE
- Backup link
- Equipment / CPE…….etc.
- IP Static / China
- Re-Activate
- Compensation request
- Technical concern – Assist and pass to TS for checking as soon as possible
