  1. Responsibilities
  • Deal with corporate and SME customer
  • Process and deal with customer terminate, Change Plan , Renew contract , Change Service( PPPoE to IP base or from IP base to PPPoE) , internet, email, backup, virtual domain
  • Role Play for a few cases to deal with customer
  • Price concern
  • Technical concern
  • Bidding
  • Corporate customer
  • Price reviewing
  • Agreement (SLA) and deal for renew agreement
  • Loyalty upgrade process
  • Compensation request
  • Contact to customer and get some customer’s requirement
  • Get customer history detail from sale and key account
  • Get Customer graph from Technical
  • Deal and offer to Customer flexible by case
  • Process Reactivate/ Compensation/IP address/ IP access to china rout/ Equipment (purchase/rental/Free)
  • Migration internal or External as customer request
  • Issue quote for pre-payment and promotion as customer’s request
  • Call and Site Visit customer
  • Deal direct with Related departments for trouble shooting
  • Technical Support
  • Installation and Maintenance
  • IT Billing
  • Core Network
  • Sale
  • CSV
  • Solution
  • Taking complaints and facilitating to the appropriate team
  • Perform other tasks assigned by HoD
  • Communicate and coordinate efficiently with related department
    • BBA in Business Communication or other related fields
    • Excellence Communication Skills for English, Khmer both verbal and written
    • Strong negotiation technique
    • Customer/Client Focus.
    • Leadership, Performance Management & Organizational Skills
    • Problem Solving/Analysis.
    • Office, Email, ISP, Internet Technology and Telecom.Other tasks assigned by Manager
  •  Requirement
  • BBA in Business Communication or other related fields
