1. Compliance (30%)

  • Ensure compliance with MoLVT, NSSF, and other relevant labour regulations.
  • Conduct monthly and weekly cross-checks on MoLVT system
  • Stay updated on changes in labour laws and implement necessary adjustments.

2. Payroll Data Management (25%)

  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of payroll data to the Finance department.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to payroll.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies in payroll data promptly.

3. Employee Relations (20%)

  • Conduct training sessions to enhance employee development and promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Monitor employee performance appraisal processes and provide support to management in performance management activities.

4. Daily Operations & Event Coordination (15%)

  • Ensure the smooth execution of daily operational tasks, supporting various departments as needed.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of daily tasks and events, ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate and manage company events.

5. Socialization and Finance (10%)

  • Maintain strong relationships within the team and with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to benefit the company.
  • Other tasked assigned HRM and HoHRA

REQUIREMENTS

Education/

Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations relevant to the telecommunications sector.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent data analysis and reporting skills.

Skills

  • Successfully demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
