Main Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the Branch’s financial and human resources administration
  • Practice and adhere to the company’s policies
  • Adapt and collaborate with the Business Development Department to ensure that the business plan meets the sales target
  • Adapt and collaborate with the Technical Support Department to ensure that customers are satisfied with our internet service
  • Ascertain that branch operations are running smoothly and on time, as planned, and correct with efficiency
  • Prepare a plan/schedule and assign tasks to personnel to ensure efficiency
  • Ensure that all plans and commitments are followed to ensure that the target is met
  • Check all annual operations and financial planning to guarantee that employees will receive good results as planned or over-planned
  • Working scope includes on-site visit, follow-ups, checks, and meetings with employees and customers to obtain complete information and make ideas or suggestions to help employees work more effectively
  • To ensure a seamless operation, cooperate closely with the Sales Department, Technical Support Department, Marketing Department, and other relevant departments
  • Conduct a marketing analysis and determine a strategy to help the branch grow
  • Practice and lead the business in identifying products and services in the Province zone.
  • Determine and interview potential candidates, as well as find new ones
  • Make recommendations for potential employees. Staff can be held, terminated, or transferred
  • Annually assess the performance of employees
  • Improve existing employee performance by training and developing new skills, and provide leadership to effectively manage the work plan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree with Management, Marketing other related fields
  • Proven working experience at least 5 years in related fields
  • Strong knowledge of Leadership/ Management Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
  • Strong team work
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skill
  • Work SMART and can work under pleasure.
