• Promote and sell the products/ service (Internet, Solution, Internet Equipment) and looking for potential customers in order to close sales
• Commitment to achieve sales target and KPI
• Describe and explain products and services to customer
• On-site sales, find new prospective customers and key persons/dealers
• Assist during promotion activities: manning road shows and exhibition show
• Conduct the market survey of the market trends and competitor’s updates.
• Deal with the customers’ termination, hold plan, Downgrade speed to retain them to stay longer. Make sales deal with new customer including cold call, onsite visit and appointment meeting
• Search and study customer’s requirements then fulfill their requests in order to close sales deal
• Visit customers to solve the technical issue and coordinate with Technical team at BTB and headquarters for fixing the technical issues
• Give the technical solutions for customers and make sure they satisfy with the solutions
• Process related documents to relevant teams and other assigned task.
• Bachelor Degree of IT/ Management / English or equivalent
• At least 01 year working experience in field of engineering/technical in ISP industry or related field
• Have technical knowledge of IT
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation and reporting skills
• Good command of English, Thai or Chinese
• ISP knowledge/concept is a plus
• Be honest, hard-working, high commitment, result-oriented, flexible, friendly and positive manner.
