Sales Team Leader
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Promote and sell the products/ services and looking for potential customers in order to closed sales.
2. Create quotation and process document contract with customers
3. Describe and explain products and internet services to customers
4. Onsite sales, find new prospective, Dealers to achieved target
5. Advise customers on getting service upgrade or how to use the best service bought
6. Assist during promotion activities: manning road shows and exhibition show
7. Retain customers termination, Hold plan, Downgrade
8. Work with flexible to solve the problem quickly
9. Do prospective and update to Sales Manager as daily, weekly, Monthly
10. Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager

- Promoting Internet Home’ packages and solutions
- Arrange for a meeting
- Send quotation to customer, if required
- Follow up prospects
- Visit customers on site or cold call

- Actively selling Internet Home’ Products.
- Matching product to customer’s requirement.
- Generating Proposals.
- Overcoming objections.
- Close Sales.

- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager
- Communicate and coordinate efficiently with related department
- Processing all other necessary document to related departments.
- Assist line manager to lead team and training new team member.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge and Education
- BBA
- Experience
- 3 Year experience in the same field or related ISP or Telecomor network solution
- Job Skills
- Strong leadership and team building.
- Strong knowledge of customer behavior and sale and marketing.
- Strong team work and friendly.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for sales and willing to work hard and honesty.
- Good command of English or Chinese is an advantage.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), internet and e-mail.
- Can work under pressure and willing to meet customers outside and know Phnom Penh Map.
- High commitment and respond to achieve the target.
- Language Competency
English and Khmer
