Responsibilities:
• Make sure about the ability to manage team when the team leader was absent
• Provide best technical and communication skill to help retain customers.
• Share the working experience to team for improvement.
• Update daily, weekly, monthly and incident report to line manager
• Assist as an escalation resource for all client issues
• Accompany with various team such technical, sale, commercial team for having consultancy with customer.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree of Information System
• Understand the advanced configuration of Mikrotik
• Know well about network infrastructure and CICSO is a plus
